PROUD FOLDING EXERCISE MATTRESS is a compact product designed to perform various types of exercises in a lying position or in a support that isolates the body from the ground very well. In addition, it absorbs shocks and protects the most protruding parts of the body from excessive pressure and injuries.

It was made of polyurethane foam, resistant to deformation, which provides comfortable support for the body. The outer mattress cover is waterproof and very easy to clean. It is enough to wipe it with a damp cloth after the training.

The mattress is used in gymnastics, yoga and Pilates classes, in physiotherapy rooms and massage rooms, in martial arts and during exercises at home. Thanks to the fact that it is folded into 4 parts permanently connected to each other, it does not take up much space. Dimensions after folding are available in the Technical data tab. Comfortable handles facilitate its transport and use in any conditions.
